Shyam Singh is an entrepreneur and real estate developer with over four decades of business experience. Over the course of his career, he has built and managed businesses across multiple sectors, including food processing and international trade, before expanding his focus into real estate development.

His extensive experience in business management, operations and project execution brings a strong strategic and commercial perspective to CLC Services, with an emphasis on considered decision-making, disciplined execution and long-term value.

Karan Singh is a real estate developer with experience across residential and commercial projects. A graduate of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, he holds a Master’s in Finance and Management from the University of Glasgow.

Active in the real estate industry since the age of 24, Karan combines financial insight with a strong understanding of design and hands-on execution. His approach is focused on identifying opportunities and developing spaces that balance thoughtful design, functionality and long-term value.
